1. Booking & Payment

  A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of a booking deposit ( 50% of the total cost).The balance payment must be made before or upon arrival in Leh,  Payment instructions will be shared upon confirmation.


2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

By Client:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email).Refunds are processed as per the schedule below:
    • 30+ days before departure: 80% refund of the deposit 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund of the deposit Less than 15 days: No refund of the deposit

No refunds for unused services, early departures, or voluntary trip changes.

By Company:

  • If a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, road closures, political unrest), a full refund or alternate date will be offered. We are not liable for cancellations due to flight delays, weather conditions, or personal issues.

3. Travel Insurance (Highly Recommended)

  We strongly advise all international travelers to carry comprehensive travel insurance that covers:

  • Medical emergencies Altitude sickness Trip cancellations or delays Lost baggage or personal items Adventure activities (trekking, climbing, etc.)

We do not provide insurance and are not liable for costs incurred due to lack of coverage.


4. Altitude & Health Disclaimer

  Ladakh is located at high altitude (3,000–5,700 meters). Altitude sickness is possible, even for healthy individuals.It is your responsibility to consult your doctor before travel and ensure you are fit for high-altitude trekking or climbing.We reserve the right to cancel or modify itineraries if we believe your health or safety may be at risk.


5. Permits & Documentation

  Foreign nationals are required to carry a valid Indian visa and passport. Certain areas in Ladakh (e.g. Pangong Lake, Nubra Valley, Tso Moriri) require Protected Area Permits for foreigners. We assist with obtaining these permits, but you must provide correct documentation (passport, visa copy, passport-sized photos) at least 7 days prior to arrival.


6. Accommodation & Meals

  Accommodation is provided as per the itinerary: hotels, guesthouses, camps, or homestays.In remote regions, facilities may be basic but clean and comfortable Meals included (if any) will be clearly mentioned in your itinerary.


7. Code of Conduct

  All travelers are expected to respect local culture, customs, religious sites, and the environment.Any illegal activity, offensive behavior, or endangerment to others or property may result in immediate termination of services without refund.


8. Liability Disclaimer

  We act as agents for transportation, accommodation, and local providers. While we ensure quality, we are not responsible for delays, injury, loss, damage, or irregularities caused by third-party providers.Adventure activities (trekking, mountaineering, biking) carry inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.


9. Itinerary Changes

  While every effort is made to follow the agreed itinerary, changes may be necessary due to weather, road conditions, local events, or government regulations.We reserve the right to make alterations in the interest of safety, comfort, or force majeure.


10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Leh, Ladakh.
